New Patient Chat Conversation Workflow
In this day and age, if you can't find a person's text conversation with you, do they even exist? Were they ever real?
Probably. But that's beside the point. A new workflow has been added that will help retain visibility of past patient conversations.
When a patient chat conversation is Closed, the assignee is marked as Unassigned.
This allows the conversation to re-open upon a reply by the patient, and give other users the opportunity to take over the new conversation with the patient.
Popover Text for Overflowing Filters
Some filters have values that are just too long-winded to display in their full glory.
Now, when you hover over these values, a popover will appear and show you the full value!

Group Message Tool: Message Kind Mandatory
You must now select a Message Kind before the Group Message Tool can be used. This helps clarify which message you wish to send.
- After Appointments tab of Message Log now has the complete list of column displayed.
