If you have the Two Step Cancellation Request feature enabled, then you should start to receive email notifications when patients successfully complete a cancellation request.  

Follow the link in the email and you'll be taken to the Appointment Report.

If you don't have the Two-Step Cancellation Request feature, then you'll want to monitor the Facility Reports. View by going to Message Reports > Facility Reports. Use this workflow document as a guide:  Use the Facility Reports to reduce no shows
